CLOTHES FROM THE DESIGNER
  Especially
for the Master Rallye 2001 the famous Russian designer, Igor Chapurin,
created a line of exclusive clothes consisting of the
parka, shorts,
waistcoat, shirt,
cap, tee-shirt and
kerchief.
Igor Chapurin possesses the greatest rewards - “Gold
Mannequin” (the Haute Couture Association in Russia), “Ovation”, “Style”
(“Harper’s Bazaar”). He creates the costumes for the theater and cinema,
dresses Miss Universal, Miss World and Miss Europe. Igor Chapurin annually
shows the collections haute couture at the High Fashion Week in Moscow,
represents the season collections pret-a-porter at two boutiques
“CHAPURIN”. His collections represent the Russian fashion in Paris at the
European ball (1998), during the interactive fashion shows in Switzerland
(1999) and Germany (2000).
The clothes are designed taking into account climatic
conditions of the countries selected for the course of Master Rallye 2001:
France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Syria, Jordan as well as the
particularities of this sportive adventure.
Studied in detail the Program of Master Rally 2001 Igor
Chapurin decided to become the part of the rally caravan in the capacity
of a raider.

THE OFFICIAL
MASTER RALLYE 97 BOOK
To
experience or re-experience the highlights of the 1997 edition, MASTER
RALLY has decided to publish its first official book.
From
Paris to Moscow, passing through Venice and Samarkand, 9 000 km of racing
in cars, motorcycles and trucks and two hundred and forty eight pages of
unique evasion far from everyday life, enable the reader to discover still
unknown and often inaccessible places. With the texts by Judith Tomaselli
and the pictures by Alain Rossignol, these two cross-country journalists,
whose talent is renowned in the field of competition and Rally-Raids,
share their impressions and their emotions with you through more than a
thousand unprecedented photos.
This
book illustrates with highly coloured pictures, not only the exploits and
the tribulations of the competitors, but also their courage and their
tenacity throughout these 17 days' racing.
The
album is published by I.H.M. Publishing, in Brussels. Reputed for the
quality of its works, I.H.M. is the specialist of motor sports books and
has also edited the official "24 Heures du Mans" book for several years.
This
